Product Description

The INV-3i FL Inverted Fluorescence Microscope is designed for live-cell and fluorescence imaging applications in life-science research. It combines an infinite optical system, trinocular viewing head, long-working-distance objectives, 100W mercury fluorescence illumination, specialized excitation filters, phase-contrast capability and precision coaxial focusing.

Product Overview

The INV-3i FL Inverted Fluorescence Microscope is an inverted microscopy platform designed for examining specimens positioned on top of the stage, making it particularly suitable for cultured cells in flasks, Petri dishes and other culture vessels.

The microscope uses an infinite optical system and a 30° inclined trinocular head with an interpupillary distance of 48–75 mm. Its quintuple nosepiece accommodates the specified long-working-distance and phase objectives.

The optical configuration includes an EW10X/22 extra-wide-field eyepiece, LWD Infinite Plan 4X and 40X objectives, and Infinite Plan Phase 10X and 20X objectives. The specified optical combination provides multiple magnification options for routine observation, phase-contrast work and fluorescence imaging.

For fluorescence applications, the system incorporates a 100W mercury lamp, blue and green excitation filters, and a UV-resistant protection barrier. The blue excitation filter is specified at 460–490 nm, while the green excitation filter is specified at 480–550 nm.

A fixed phase annulus plate covering 10X–20X and 40X phase applications, together with an ELWD condenser, supports observation of living cells and other specimens requiring enhanced contrast.
