Its stable round base provides support during specimen manipulation, while the joint revolving arm allows the magnifying lens to move across the stage for broader specimen scanning.

The microscope uses a rack-and-pinion focusing mechanism with 40 mm vertical travel and adjustable tension. Detachable hand rests on both sides of the stage provide support during fine observation and basic dissection work.

Its 45° inclined monocular body tube provides a comfortable viewing position. Illumination is provided by a 45 mm plano-concave mirror mounted in a fork with 360° rotation, allowing external light to be directed toward the specimen.
