Product Description

The Labmart LMAR1317 Digital Abbe Refractometer is designed for measuring the refractive index of transparent and translucent liquids and solid substances, as well as Brix of sugar solutions. It features a 1.3000–1.7000 nD measurement range, 0–100% Brix range, 0.1°C temperature resolution, automatic Brix temperature correction, LCD display and RS232C interface.

3. Detailed Product Description

Product Overview

The LMAR1317 Digital Abbe Refractometer is a laboratory instrument for measuring the refractive index (nD) of transparent or translucent liquids and solid substances. It can also determine the Brix value of sugar solutions, with automatic correction for the effect of temperature on the Brix result.

The instrument uses a hard-glass prism, visual aiming system and LCD display. It provides a refractive-index range of 1.3000–1.7000, a Brix range of 0–100%, and a temperature resolution of 0.1°C.

The instrument also includes an RS232C interface and printer interface capability for direct data print-out. Sample temperature can optionally be controlled using a refrigerated circulating bath.
