The HT-9829 Hot Wire Anemometer is a portable air velocity measurement instrument using hot-wire thermal sensing technology for applications where reliable measurement of relatively low air movement is required.

Its slim probe makes it suitable for checking airflow through HVAC ducts, grilles, diffusers, clean rooms, flow hoods and ventilation systems. The instrument can display air velocity in multiple units and can also calculate volumetric airflow in CFM and CMM when the relevant duct or opening area is entered.

The built-in thermistor provides simultaneous air-temperature measurement, while the large backlit LCD enables convenient viewing during field and laboratory measurements.
